When loading into Buyer`s transports, the title for the fuel as well as all risks of loss, shortage or damage of the fuel shall pass to the Buyer at the moment the fuel passes the fuel hose on the loading dock. Claims to the Supplier on the quality of the delivered goods are not satisfied.
